FAQ about COVID testing
Why should you get tested with us?
- We only test outside or from an open window and the waiting area is outdoors. This reduces the risk of infection to an absolute minimum.
- Minimal waiting times, as you have already conveniently entered all the necessary details online with your smartphone, tablet or PC when booking. Our check-in (1) and test (2) - person guidance system reduces the length of stay to a minimum. Time-consuming waiting for the result or cumbersome data entry on site are thus eliminated.
- You will receive the result within 30 minutes after the test by email, secure and data protected.
Who tests?
At our centre, the test is only carried out by doctors or specially trained staff under medical supervision.
Who are we?
The "German Medical Practice Ambulanta Mallorca" under the direction of general practitioner Klaus Dieter Heyme in the south-east of the island has been a member of the Balearic Medical Association since 2001. In contrast to many test providers, we are a real medical practice and are also well prepared for unforeseeable medical (emergency) cases. Due to our accreditation with the Spanish Ministry of Health and our official authorisation to take samples and evaluate tests in our own modern laboratory, we can also carry out further diagnostics and risk prevention diagnostics directly on site immediately.
